My health and fat loss journey

Honestly I've been putting this on hold for too long I always tell myself I'm Always up and down working and cleaning, I can't be that bad. Buts been a lie I tell myself for way to long so now it's time to hold my self accountable and my body to some healthy form where I fit into my clothes and don't feel uncomfortable. I need to eat less and healthier and not spend weekend eating everything because I worked out during the week once. I'll be 28 in two months and I spent my twenties almost entirely kind of fit now  I'm 30 Percent fat and I don't want to get worse I'm short so weight on me is always too noticeable
