Caramels

For a couple of years now I've wanted to make caramel candy, but I'm always afraid I'll mess something up, but last night I finally picked up a candy thermometer, I already had the syrup amd sugar, I even picked up a nice new pot for the candy. Well I can say I succeeded and made super soft chewy caramel candy just a few small glitches I didn't use enough non stick spray and some wax paper got stuck to the back.

These are a few wrapped up I'm going to make two more batches salted caramel and chocolate, can't wait!
